The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large loft, laundry room, and large decks in front and back of the home.

my favorite thing about this property is its location! in addition to its close proximity to donner lake, squaw valley, northstar, and downtown truckee, the house itself backs up to the national forest and there are trails right out the back door! the home has a large back deck that allows you to take in the forest views and breathe in the fresh mountain air
the main floor has a cozy living room with 2-story vaulted ceiling, open concept kitchen, dining area with slider to the front porch, laundry room, two bedrooms, and a newly remodeled bathroom Upstairs you will find a large primary suite and en suite bathroom, as well as a very large loft with four twin beds plus an additional twin mattress stored under one of the twin beds.
